“The man at the front desk was of no help and refused my stay because he wouldn’t accept my military ID card, as my drivers license was lost during my travels. He also would not accept a picture of my license. This upset me a lot but more so than anything, his rude and demeaning attitude and unwillingness to have a calm and professional conversation is what left me floored.”

“Nice new hotel in Northborough. Friendly efficient front staff. The room was clean but a little sterile. Some stains on the comforter that was a little off putting—no duvet. Not your typical Hilton pillows. Nice breakfast and good coffee with oat milk option. Nice place if you need to stay in the area for a short trip.”

“Ice machine didn’t work, rooms were run down, beds were so uncomfortable and the place was a dump. Luckily we didn’t have to shower because it was full of mold. Paid $200 to stay there and NEVER AGAIN would I even think about it”

“Staff gave me a hard time about and made me pay extra to check in early. The room was disgusting. Floor was sticky and covered covered in crumbs. If I didn't need more then a few hours of sleep before an overnight shift, I would've walked right out and asked for a refund.”

The bathroom hadn't been deep cleaned and the towels did not smell like they had been washed. Free parking option was nice.”
