Great stay, would definitely visit again

Great stay, staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Was easy to locate, hotel was beautiful and stylish. Amazing location in the city and the rooms are lovely, quiet and comfortable.

Hotel is very quiet - you get a good nights sleep. It's located nicely close to Östermalm's restaurants, but not in the midst of them. Humlegården-park is right across the hotel. Breakfast is great and the stuff very nice.

Scandic Park was walkable to all the main tourist attractions, if you don't mind it. Shopping, restaurants were all convnientley located.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and with very nice breakfast buffet. The only difficulty we had was the need to change rooms after the first night because they were full when we arrived and didn’t get the room we wanted. However they switched us for the other three nights with an upgraded room.

This hotel is about 10 minutes from central bus station. Catch a No.1 bus which stops very close - expensive metered taxi!! Breakfast very varied and excellent. Reception staff is friendly and professional. Really nothing to dislike with a park opposite too and a good pizza restaurant within 3 minutes' walk. Would stay again!

We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Sweden, and overall, it was a magnificent experience. The location couldn’t have been more central, perfect for exploring the city. The absolute highlight of our stay was the breakfast, it was fantastic, truly top-notch, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. There was one small hiccup on the day we were leaving, one staff member wasn’t willing to warm up food for our daughter, even though we had been told the day before that it would be no problem. Not a huge deal, just a little disappointing. As for the beds, they weren’t the most comfortable for me, but that could just be my 45-year-old bones talking! Overall, I really can’t complain, the hotel was beautiful, and I’d definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.

Unfortunately, the room I was given was noticeably smaller than it appeared in the photos at the time of booking. Additionally, I found the staff at reception to be less welcoming than expected. The sofa bed was quite hard and made a lot of noise, which made it difficult to sleep. I requested an additional mattress to improve the comfort, but it was not the same size as the sofa and quite thin, which didn’t help much. Lastly, I was surprised to see that the final amount charged at check-out was higher than what was quoted during the booking process. The nightly rate on the final receipt differed from the original booking confirmation. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending your hotel or choosing to stay again.

Das Personal war typisch skandinavisch – sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, als würde sich das Team individuell um jeden Gast kümmern. Das Zimmer war leider überhaupt nicht gut. Wir hatten bei der Buchung angegeben, dass wir mit unserem einjährigen Sohn reisen, dennoch wurde lediglich eine 1,80 m breite Schlafcouch bereitgestellt, die stark quietschte und sich daher nicht zum Schlafen eignete. Das Hauptbett bestand zudem aus zwei zusammengestellten Einzelbetten (je 1 m breit), wodurch unser Sohn nicht sicher zwischen uns schlafen konnte. Zwar war das Zimmer nicht direkt schmutzig, aber auch nicht richtig sauber. Es zeigte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, die Fugen in der Badewanne waren teilweise mit rötlichem Schimmel belegt, unter dem Bett und in den Ecken lagen große Staubflusen, und im Lüftungsschacht befand sich eine alte Socke. Gerade mit einem Kleinkind, das überall krabbelt, ist das nicht ideal. Das Fernsehgerät war veraltet und bot nur einen deutschen Sender – kein großer Kritikpunkt, aber ein Hinweis zur Verbesserung. Das Frühstück war dagegen sehr gut: kompakt, aber vielfältig und völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt: großartiges Personal und gutes Frühstück, aber das Zimmer war leider überhaupt nicht gut – vor allem in Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Familienfreundlichkeit

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, es ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch kommt man schnell in die City. Auch vom Flughafen ob mit Taxi oder Bahn hat dieses Hotel sehr gute Anbindungen. Die U-Bahn Fahrt vom Centralbahnhof 5 Minuten 2 Stationen und 5 Minuten zu Fuß

Badrummet drar ner helhetsbetyget.

På det stora hela var allt bra. Supertrevlig personal, både i lobby och vid frukost. Rummet var trevligt, hotellet var fräscht, bussförbindelse precis utanför och närhet till restauranger. Dock: obekväm/hård extrasäng (dubbelsängen fantastisk) och det tristaste: badrummet luktade väldigt illa, vilket snabbt spred sig till rummet om man glömde stänga dörren helt. Detta drar tyvärr ner vårt helhetsbetyg. F.ö. vill jag passa på att tillägga att det är väldigt trist att Scandic inte längre låter frukost ingå i rumspriset. Hotellfrukosten torde för de allra flesta en vara del av upplevelsen med att sova på hotell.

Udmærket hotel

Udmærket hotel. God service, godt værelse med masser af plads (vi havde booket standardværelset), rent og pænt. Kæmpe plus at det ligger lige ved siden af parken Humlegården, og det var i et roligt kvarter.
