Clean properties, most staff is good, consistency could be better, they couldn’t respond to a question well about fruit flies in the washroom

The room is big, very clean, and smells good. Walkable to old town and Zurich HB.

The breakfast was free and it was great. The room was a time capsule from the 80's, The air conditioner does not start work or so I was told until end of June 2026. Not even a fan but they will offer you a version of my Grandma's for your room. They said that we would have Airport shuttle - when I called they said no we don't so $80 from airport and $80 back to airport. If we wanted to work that would cost us too. It is a decent area I will give it that and we really enjoyed the Resturant breakfast and dinners - great staff.

The staff was helpful as we were tourists and it was our first time there. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The location was excellent with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Everything was very nice. The breakfast buffet had “the best scrambled eggs”. Too many times, the buffet eggs are not cooked well - but these were perfect.
