"Incredibly friendly staff, especially Naomi was very helpful and cheerful. The room spacious and clean, and to me a very comfortable bed, the bathroom is large and clean, though for the size the shower could have been a little bigger, the balcony had a lovely view over the garden and across the lake. Great space to sit and relax. Nice kitchenette if you do wish to cook. The bar has a great view. Again with frendily staff. Swimming pool area available and some pleasant relax areas. Good value...

"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

"The property was wonderful. Perfect quiet location with easy access to beach, local village and and 10 minutes car journey to pick up ferrys. "We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? "Our third stay at the wonderful Lefay Spa overlooking Lake Garda. Still cannot get used to the stunning view over the lake, it's quite something. Love this place so much, it is truly restorative for the soul and mind. Staff are quite wonderful, the Gramen Restaurant outstanding, especially as there is a tasting plant-based menu available (very rare). Our only gripe is the Limonaia restaurant where it's a struggle to find plant based dishes on the menu, plus the wine list by the glass is poor....
