"Room clean. Bed was way too soft. Pull out bed terrible. Bathroom sink and tub old. Coffee pot not working. Hair dryer ise in bathroom for 30 seconds tripped breaker and could not reset. Lights went out, A/C went off…Staff ( Mia) fantastic! Otherwise I would not have been able to get into building or room. Online check-in only showed me my room #, not building code or room code as was described in procedure.. parking great and location great. But those were not enough for me to return or recommend"

"I definitely do not recommend. There’s a homeless shelter right beside & about 15 ‘people’ were outside - most with the ‘fentanyl bend’. when we left next day one appeared lifeless on the curb which leads into the parking garage. inside hotel- there are some ‘ long-term stay guests’ who were quite noisy The carpet in the hallways has big stains, and the wallpaper has rips in it"
