“Beautiful old pub in idyllic setting. Perfect for a quick drive into Stratford and the race course.
Very warm welcome, lovely clean individual rooms retaining lots of the buildings charter.
Bed was beautifully clean and we had a fantastic nights sleep. Full English breakfast freshly cooked was spot on.
Great walk around the village, we will be back soon. Thank you 😊”

“Neat place above the pub. If staying in that section, the stairs are quite narrow to get checked luggage up - but doable.
We booked through Expedia and it said no attendant on site - so there was confusion on where to leave our bags and we did not receive a response so we ended up paying Premier Inn to hold our bags. But when we got to the hotel after checkin time , there was reception in the Pub. She was very nice and got us checked in quickly.
Place was old and could use a dusting of the...

“Stayed in the Moon Gazer gypsy caravan. It has ‘lived’ but is cute, quirky and the bed/bedding was lovely.
Quiet and private with a bird song orchestra we had lovely weekend drinking locally brewed ale/cider and listening to local ‘turn up and play’ folk musicians.
Superb weekend all round.”

“Lovely room, helpful and friendly staff and good food. Only downside which was out of their control is its almost impossible to get a taxi around there so book in advance if needed.”
