"Positives Breakfast lovely. Spa facilities looked great although we didn’t use them. Room and bed was very comfortable and the bar area is very welcoming. Plenty of parking. Negatives Check in system was very poor. Lamps in room didn’t work, one wasn’t even plugged in. Lifts both out of order which was a struggle when one of our party uses a walking stick and struggled to walk. "
