"This is not first time we stayed at this hotel, it’s the convenience that we keep on coming back. However we noticed that it’s declining. The unit itself needs maintenance. It smells . I think it’s coming from sewer. There was no hot water. These are important factors.
Please address maintenance issues"

Our booking was made in advance, and we had also informed the property beforehand that we would be arriving late. However, upon arrival, the hotel appeared unprepared to receive guests. The property presentation and room readiness did not meet the expected standards.
