"While the hotel was clean and staff was very professional and very friendly, the entire hotel looked old compared to the newer hotel and casino that was built next to it. The breakfast buffet however was very sumptuous and the variety was great. Again staff was very professional and service was quick."

The breakfast buffet was awesome—special mention to the spicy bangus, which was a standout! The food overall was consistently good. We also really enjoyed the pool; the water was clean and refreshing, making it a great place to relax. The only downside was that the hotel allows only one key per room, which can be inconvenient when there are two adults staying. When I asked for attraction recommendations and help booking local tours, the staff were proactive and patient. A particular highlight was their assistance with phone calls, as I didn't have a local Philippine number. The location is excellent, just a short distance from SM City. Furthermore, the room layout and bathroom matched the online photos perfectly, which I really appreciated. "
