“최신식 고급 아주 안락한 시설이라고는 할 수 없어요. 왜냐하면 리조트가 설립된 지 다소의 시간이 걸렸기때문입니다. 객실/호텔 청결도 : 객실과 호텔은 다소 오래된 세월만큼 사용한 흔적은 있습니다. 허나 관리나 청소가 전반적으로 잘 되어 있어서 사용하는 데는 불편함은 없었습니다. 아이들과 가족여행으로 1박 사용했었구요 위치가 하버나 시내 쇼핑몰과는 가까워서 교통편의는 좋았습니다. 호텔의 전반적으로 청소는 잘 되어있었구요, 객실도 정리는 잘 되어있습니다. 서비스품질 서비스는 해안 인근 리조트이기에 도심의 고급 호텔의 서비스 만큼은 아니더라도 환대하는 서비스 직원들의 마인드나 미소, 친절한 인사는 여느 호텔들의 서비스만큼은 만족스러웠습니다. 서비스라 함은 상대방의 니즈를 찾아 그 니즈에 맞는 맞춤식 서비스를 제공하는 것이 바람직한 모습인데, 당해 호텔은 그러한 서비스를 잘 활용하여 제공하고 있습니다. 호텔편의시설 초등학교 자녀를 두고 있기에 제가 느낀 것은 ”
