"Not a five-star place, this hotel's seen better days. It might've been fancy back in the early 2000s, but it's seriously screaming for a makeover. The whole design is outdated and blah. The carpet was grimy, the sofa was disgusting, and worst of all, no coffee maker or iron – and they said they were out when I asked! Unacceptable for a supposed five-star hotel, I'm not going back.n."
