So convenient to everything necessary but not a hassle if visiting a Shopping Mall is on the agenda. Night life and the crowd is conveniently a Tuk Tuk ride away. "I stayed there for over a week and really liked it. To be honest, it wasn't my first choice, but I booked it last minute because of its proximity to a facility I was visiting. Despite my initial hesitation, the hotel exceeded my expectations. First of all, it's much more affordable than other hotels in the area. I stayed in the new tower, which was clean and well maintained. Room service was excellent, and I was especially impressed by how accommodating and friendly the staff were. Every encounter was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to help. While there aren't many in-house dining options, the area is surrounded by restaurants, so I didn't really miss it. The location is also convenient, close to a subway station with easy access to taxis and rideshares. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable but good-quality option."

"The location can't be beat. The hotel is attached to Terminal 21 Mall and the BTS. The room was spacious, clean and convenient because it had a washer/dryer combo in the room as well as a full sized fridge and small kitchen. The room itself is dated and there is a slight odor but I got used to it. The buffet breakfast was really good. They had 2 restaurants but one was always busy. The Park restaurant was quieter but they both had the exact same food offered. "
