“It was wonderful place at Banff”

“Nice location to get around in Banff. Parking was supposed to be included and wasn't. Kinda disappointing as we thought we had it all included. Would have picked a different hotel that had it included if we would have known prior to getting there. Construction next door, so early hammering in the morning. I feel they should have that in the add as well. So people are aware prior to booking the hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. Quality of the food in the restaurant was very average,...

“I stay here everytime I go to banff. The hotel is good for the price, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Due to it being a bit of a walk from downtown they offer a free shuttle pass during your stay which is great as well as covered parking for a fee. the lobby does close at 11pm but there is a number you can call for after hours if anything comes up. although the hotel is a little dated in some rooms it is clean and worth the price point. I will stay again.”
