"Our stay at Legoland resort was fantastic and I would highly recommend for families with primary school aged children.
The themed rooms are fun and well maintained. There are good food options onsite with the cafe having a good selection of hot drinks and snacks. We had a couple of really nice dinners in Kai’s sushi restaurant as well.
Highly recommended to complete the Legoland experience."

2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there.
3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories
4. Power switches in the room falling apart.
5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star.
Badly run down premise.
6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs.
Its ashame that this hotel has been left unattended.
Should need a fully renovation. "

"Checked in for 2 nights at this hotel with family. There’s a mall just opposite the hotel and macdonald just beside which is 24 hours. Booked executive room, condition ok, the hot water is not hot in the night. Bed is springs material so not very comfortable as it’s too soft. TV signal is not very good. Space is ok. Amenities are provided with shampoo and shower gel. Nearby there’s Ming Ann and eateries to ease your stomach. If raining then will be inconvenient to walk around. Overall, stay was ok. There’s a big recreation park just behind the hotel. "
