“Fantastic location, excellent breakfast and a wonderful restaurant overlooking the river with a great menu and very tasty food but the thing that makes it VERY SPECIAL are the helpful friendly staff. They do everything they can to make you feel relaxed and at home. Particularly special thanks to Gigdem who went out of her way to help us. Thank you. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Dalyan. Perfect place from which to visit the Lycian tombs and the incredible ancient city of Kaunos.”

“The location was superb and whilst the room was fairly basic, it was good value for money, more than adequate and spotless. The staff were very friendly and always wearing a smile! We are on a 6 week road trip and half way through. Our favourite stay so far despite staying in more uprated accommodation - will come back!”

“We only stayed for one night, wish we'd spent more time. The room was lovely, had everything we needed. The pool and bar looked great though we did not use this during our stay. Staff was very helpful for us as non Turkish speakers.”

“Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Nothing was too much trouble.Turkish breakfast was enough for 4 people. Was only 2 of us, so next morning asked for omelette, fried eggs and toast instead and the owner was only too happy to do this for us. Location is excellent. Room was basic but very clean. ”

“We loved it here. The rooms are great and clean. The owners are lovely and so helpful. It's in a fabulous spot in the centre so a quick easy walk to everything. Breakfast is lovely though we didn't always have it when we did no complaints at all.. The hotel dog Barney looked after us ❤️ The only problem we found was the noise from The Jazz Bar nextdoor. We did have to speak with them a couple of times. Best just keep your windows shut at night after 10.30pm. Will definitely be returning. ”

“Sauberes ruhiges Hotel mit Restaurant für Frühstück und Dinner (sollte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden). Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Wanderweg vom Hotel zur Bucht (schönster Sandstrandabschnitt im Westen), wo LIegen und Sonnenschirme gemiett werden können. Daselbst mehrer Restaurants. 3 Supermarkets resp Minimarkets an der Strasse zwischen Hotel und Bucht. ”

“Family gave a very warm welcome and food was excellent. Apartment clean, good size, bed comfy, nice sitting area, had everything in it i needed for a 5 day stay. Good size toilet with shower. Outdoor balcony very nice. Fly screens on all outsode doors and windows. Remember the mosquito spray if ou go outside. All in all excellent budget accommodation. I will be staying again ”
