"We were only there for an overnighter... The restaurant, Chop was very over rated/price. A less than mediocre steak at what was trying to be a high end Steak House. But the service was too friendly for us to complain."

"Air conditioner was broken. Maint. was called and they told us if it didn't come on in 20 min. to let the desk know. It did not come on and we were moved to another room. Employees, desk, bell, etc. were VERY polite and helpful."

"The units are not soundproof. One can hear everything (neighbours, road traffic, air planes). For that reason alone I think the rooms are overpriced. The airport shuttle runs on time and was the reason we chose this hotel."

"The entire hotel feels old but was well kept and maintained. I was staying after a cruise and needed a deep clean, the water was very clean and felt refreshing. The showers are a bit slow and weak but I'm assuming that's to conserve water? Staff was very helpful during the check-in and check-out process. I would definitely come back here in the future."

However, I found one female front desk staff member to be somewhat aloof. I was also disappointed with the check-in experience, I had specifically requested an early check-in and was assured that a room would be ready by the time I got to the hotel, but I ended up waiting approximately three hours."
