"My husband and I spent 9 days at the hotel. Our stay there was very pleasant. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the hotel seemed brand new with all of the ammenties you would need. The pool and the hot tub were amazing. Free breakfast daily included in the cost of your stay. We want to give a huge shout out to John for all of the help and information he gave to us while we were there in Tuscan. From local restaurants and things to see. Not to mention his sweet personality and always wanting to to help us with whatever he could with our stay and to enjoy our visit to the fullest. His hospitality was so much more than we have ever experienced. And Johns sense of humor was such a refreshing, relaxing atmosphere. Made my husband and I giggle all the way to our room. Thank you to John we will be coming back to your hotel. Another shout out to Ann for being such a sweet and kind lady. Always checking to see if their was anything she could help with. "Clean room"

"The main pool was out of order but nobody bothered to mention it when we checked in. On top of that our room smelled like sewage. The staff was quick to move our room and offer some complimentary drinks due the pool situation, so I appreciate that, but the “luxury” is certainly lacking at this property. Piece of advice, clean the stairs to the water slide and at least skim the broken pool with a net so guests dont have to look at all the nasty crap floating in the water, even if its not useable."
