“A cool place for cool people” Bob’s River Place where kids and adults have been coming for over 40 years. This is not a water park it’s a swimming hole along the Swannee River. Bob who still sits out there with us helping us sit on the rope swings correctly. There are 2 slides and a lot of river fun for all river ages. Even the little kids like to go on the bigger rope swings. Come for sun come for fun.. #swimmingholes #river #fun #kids

Ever seen a buzzard up close? They are the biggest, ugliest birds ever. They were perched all over this walkway as we walked out to look for manatees in the Swanee River. This state park hardly had anyone visiting. It was rustic looking with plenty of parking spaces between campsites. Definitely on our return list. The spring is super cool too. But I'll always remember the buzzards....
