Room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. For an Executive Room, there is a kettle, two small cups and a microwave, but there was no crockery or cutlery. Fine for an short overnight stay maybe, but needs a little more for a week stay like ours.

"For a 4-star hotel, I was surprised how unlike a 4-star hotel this one was except for its lobby floor. The glamor and fineness of the lobby floor reminded me of the Luis XIV style of interior design. But the rooms and quality of the beds and amenities are quite a different story."
