"Starting to look worn & torn. Elevators need refurbishing. Lounge & open restaurant chairs worn and/or cracked. Mattress had a “U” shape and hard to sleep in. Towels are old and rough. Checking in & out very easy. Most part employees very attentive and helpful."

"Room was only halfway cleaned from housekeeping. Only one bed was made, trash still left in areas. No fridge, microwave or coffee maker in room. Property had overflowing trash cans. The walk from the parking garage to our room was very long. No luggage carts available. Every staff member we encountered was rude and couldn't be bothered to help. Ok just for a place to sleep but otherwise find a different hotel. "

"This bathroom shower had pink mold and was falling apart. I did not have proper access to most of the amenities promised. The staff were helpful in being as accommodating as they could but the property is run down and poorly cleaned. "
