"The stay was good but the elevator broke down the day before we left and they still didn’t have it fixed by the time we checked out. This created a problem with hauling suitcases down the stairs and for other people who needed to bring their belongings upstairs. They really need to have a 24/7 service for that since there is only one elevator in this facility."

"Loved pretty much everything about this hotel. Location, room design, amenities, staff. The only downside was the breakfast - which appeared to be concocted solely by the Hyatt corporate finance team. No blame on the local staff whatsoever, but Hyatt needs to source better ingredients if they proudly want to offer free breakfast."

"The motel was great for our stay, Close to family in the area. When we got to our room the stopper in the bathroom sink was broken and maintenance came the next day to fix it. When we came back later in the day we could not get in our room, the lock was broken. We were moved to a different room, no problem. Great room, great breakfast. We swam in the pool several times. We will be back"
