"I really wanted to like this place. The value for a the room size with kitchenette would have been excellent except for a few issues. I may have missed this upon booking but there is nothing in the kitchen. No plates, utensils, pots or pans. There is an extra charge for that. Had we planned on using the kitchen that would have been very disappointing. No coffee maker or hair dryer either! Our room smelled of dog and the sheets looked slept in. Phone did not work either. The front desk staff were very nice and apologetic for the issues. "

"This was like the 6th time I’ve stayed at this hotel. It is my go to for skiing. Nice and quiet with a decent breakfast. There’s also a pool and a hot tub. There is a movie theater right by there and restaurants. Love this place."

"Check in was fast and easy and staff was very nice. Parking was secure, room was clean and bed was comfortable. We only had 2 issues. The air conditioner rattled and was very noisy, so finally just turned the whole unit off.The bathroom fan also sounded like a tank and was very loud. Both could use some maintenance. "

"The staff was exceptionally good. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety. The only thing I could really complain about was that the pool was cold. Not cold enough to keep kids out of it, but too cold for most of the adults. The rooms were showing a little wear and tear, but nothing terrible."

"The property has so much construction going on that it’s quite an inconvenience. They should lower their rates for everyone’s inconvenience! Mud everywhere! The restaurant is no longer and all that’s available is a very small, limited seating “Milk house” that has very limited food items. Long, out of the way entrance to their pools. Puddles of muddy water we had to navigate through to get to the Crater. "

"Friendly and helpful staff. You feel at home walking in and they didn't seem bothered to help out at all. Very clean. Great breakfast. We will definitley stay again!"

"The bathtub faucet was leaking, so much wasted water. Our room did not get attended to we used the bag for the ice bucket the first night and it was not replaced. We did get new towels but that was all as far as the room. The air conditioner did not keep the room cool. Food ran out at breakfast and was not replenished."
