“Had a great 4 night stay.very safe and quiet neighborhood with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very clean rooms with good coffee and breakfast. Hosts responded very quickly and helped us when our airline lost a suitcase. Would definitely book here again.”

“I’m a single mom that treated herself to a staycation. For the most part, everything was perfect, BUT one of the things I wanted most and why I paid to stay a second night was so I could sleep in. Even with the do not disturb, the housecleaning came in TWICE! Not once but TWICE! I was so angry, because then I was up and I had been sleeping so hard. I was able to check in early which was great. “My room was very noisy. Not sure what was making g noise maybe railroad or construction but it went in until 1am every nite.”

“Hotel was okay. Valet price went up upon arrival. I was told by the front desk that they would honor the price when I booked, but didn’t. Night time valet, only one man working and the security guard, not dressed like a security guard, asked for keys, said he’d give them to the valet and I could go up to my room! Elevators are interesting, a little too much.”

“The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay.”

“Room had spiders and centipedes sheets were never changed. Stayed for a week no towels run out of toilet paper and said $10 a night for a vehicle they charge me 717 Expedia ad said 10 staff not very helpful at resolving any problems stay clear.”
