El desayuno era variado. Muy bueno. La oportunidad de mejora está en el SPA, la puerta de acceso al lobby del SPA estaba dañada y no ofrecía un buen aspecto hacia los visitantes, lo cual se percibía como de baja calidad y hacia que la experiencia no fuera excelente. Los precios de los masajes eran un poco más alto, respecto a otros establecimientos de igual calidad que se encuentran en Nagoya. Todo lo demás es excelente.
