"For $200 a night, this stay was very disappointing. The room looked out onto a rooftop with dirty windows, which made everything feel neglected. While it appeared clean at first glance, it was very outdated and uncomfortable. The bathroom had broken tiles, the bed was old and scratched, and the mattresses were very poor quality. Overall, this property does not match the price being charged. I would not stay here again."

"Might as well eat somewhere else for breakfast. Charged us $100 because my daughter accidentally spilled a small amount of chocolate milk on the sheets they claim couldn’t come out with bleach. We told the attendant as soon as the incident happened so she could wash the sheets. But she said it would have to wait till morning and didn’t offer any new bedding. There was mold on the curtains, the floor was falling apart, and the chlorine in the hot tub will make your eyes burn. "

We were not given the room we booked through Expedia and were told that it was not advisable to book with third-party vendors. I think they should have gave us a partial refund. We came for the pool and they didn’t have one or offer any type of discount or refund. Sad because I went 5 years ago and it was much better."
