“My room was the Jr suite and I didn't have a microwave intially. I called frint desk and someone brought me one. Before we went to bed we noticed a bedbug crawling on the mattress, which also did not have the proper protector padding. I did get another room which was on the same floor and no money was compensated. Besides that, my stay was fine. Beautiful hotel, just wish my room was cleaned more throughly before check-in.”

“The pool was terrible. Cloudy green water developing algae. Pool smell ( not chlorine as chlorine does not have a scent). Needs chlorine. The whole reason we picked a hotel was for a pool and it needs attention. Location was good and the noon check out time was a plus for us. There was a workout room available. Breakfast arrangements were confusing only pays for 2 people.”

“Was very close to the concert venue like 10blocks or so to walk.. Room was so nice and clean.. parking garage.. Had dining and a bar but didn’t use any amenities. Def would stay again”

“Good Facility, Great hospitality. The lady crew at check-in was so great. Room is spacious and clean and It offers their own Kitchen, which includes a full-sized refrigerator, a two burner cook top, and even a microwave so comes in handy to use. From my observation, this is the best choice for convenience and comfort, and value in Quad cities for your road trip. it's very kind of them, again!”
