“Unfortunately there was a mix up at check in and were assigned a room that was already occuppied. They were able to accommodate us with another room, but I have never had that happen before. We did enjoy breakfast and everyone at the hotel was very kind and helpful. I do believe the property is in need of a facelift at this point. There were areas of the hotel that needed to be cleaned and/or maintenance performed. One of the elevators was out our entire stay.”

“The pool was terrible. Cloudy green water developing algae. Pool smell ( not chlorine as chlorine does not have a scent). Needs chlorine. The whole reason we picked a hotel was for a pool and it needs attention. Location was good and the noon check out time was a plus for us. There was a workout room available. Breakfast arrangements were confusing only pays for 2 people.”

Room is spacious and clean and It offers their own Kitchen, which includes a full-sized refrigerator, a two burner cook top, and even a microwave so comes in handy to use. From my observation, this is the best choice for convenience and comfort, and value in Quad cities for your road trip. it's very kind of them, again!”
