"Small room but that was known, the staff were nice. Main issue above all else is noise isolation. The doors toward the hallway let’s just about all noise in and voices/tv sounds travel through the ventilation system between rooms without much interruption."

"We were given the first room without hot water. After twenty minutes, the room changed. Recepciyonist was extremely rude to me when he was polite to everyone, he gave me the card to try this room, he almost threw the card away. The face of the receptionist who saw my Turkish passport while registering fell. I think he changed his expression towards me after my passport and he was racist. When we went to the second room, the room was cold, we called, the mechanic came, the mechanic came, this room will not heat up until the morning tonight. He said change the room, it was 12 o'clock at night, but the receptionist said you will wait, I opened it from here, it will warm up. The room never warmed up. I wrote to Expedia. The receptionist called at 2-3 at night and said you wanted a room change. I didn't change rooms at 3 a.m. because of fatigue and slept in a cold room. He didn't even apologize. He treated me especially badly, he was consciously adjusting the room temperature from below. He put me to sleep in the cold room on purpose. The receptionist changed in the morning, the room warmed up. The new receptionist apologized. I couldn't sleep all night, I'm cold and I'm going to be sick because of the cold. I could sleep in another hotel for $120 in a warm room. Never come."

"Always a comfortable experience when I stay here! All of the staff are always friendly, kind and informative. My room is always immaculate and heat/AC work like a charm.The property is in a very walkable location for restaurants, shopping, and self care. And if that’s not what you’re looking for you can always jump on the MTA or request Uber/Lyft. "
