"This place is a true gem! It’s one of the most affordable motels in Carolina Beach, but that doesn’t mean it’s not fantastic! It’s extremely close to the boardwalk and beach access. Recent renovations have made the rooms beautiful and themed to the beach. I only two complaints; there’s no microwave, and the shower head is a little low on the wall. If you plan ahead, or don’t usually care about microwaves, it’s okay! And, while I’m 6’1”, I made do with the shower just fine! I’ll definitely be back again; this motel is perfect for a weekend getaway! "

"Owners made an absolutely beautiful place from a vintage coastal hotel. Everything was squeakie clean And organized. Everything you need. Comfortable beds and nice linens! Two steps to the pool were a little far apart. Just noticed because I’m a retired risk manager. Loved the self check in. "

Best comfort in a bad situation

"Hotel staff was amazing, friendly and overall convenient when needed. It was easy to check in and out and the best part was being in front of the beach. Unfortunately a storm passed but didn’t ruin my experience at all and would come here again in the future. It was a safe space during an unexpected time. ;)"

"Great hotel!!! Oceanfront. Staff was very nice. Close to restaurants, bars, amusement park. Once you get here everything except a grocery store is within walking distance. Rooms are clean. Bed was great. Shower was great. Will definitely consider staying for another beach trip"
