We had an interesting situation involving a drunk woman (it was St. Pattys day weekend). The staff was very alert and quick to handle it. Security made us feel more at ease. Only negative I have is that after the incident, we moved rooms, and upon doing so, the woman at front desk never asked for my ID? She just handed me keys. Big no no in the hotel industry. Overall good service, housekeeping did a great job, and the bar area is amazing. Very convenient
