"We were given the wrong room, walked into that room, it had other guests items in it. Pool had huge locks of hair floating in it. We asked for towels, we were told no. It smelled like smoke, food all over the couch in the room. TV didn’t work, took my husband almost 45 minutes fixing it to get it to work. My shoes literally stuck to the hotel floor when walking. Elevators were nasty. Breakfast was gone by 8:30. We wouldn’t have ate it anyway. We will never stay here again. "
