My room had 2 balconies that offered stunning views, and waking up to the sounds of nature each morning brought a deep sense of peace and tranquility. The infinity forest pool was beautiful, but the river infinity pool was my favorite- Truly a one of a kind experience surrounded by jungle. The food was spot on, and there was daily entertainment with live bands and performances, which added so much to the atmosphere. On top of it all, the resort is perfectly located in the heart of Ubud, making it easy to reach most of the area's famous attractions while still feeling like a private escape. "

"Room is clean, staff are very nice and friendly. I left my hair flat iron in the hotel, when I message them, the staff went above and beyond to get it deliver to us in Uluwatu, about 2.5 hours drive. I have very much please with their customer service. "

Denny, the manager, ensured everyone on the team was working in unison and now that we're at another resort in Uluwatu, we can't wait for our next trip back here at Wapa Di Ume in Ubud. I rented a motorcycle from the resort. It was in a very good condition. The communication with the staff was very easy through whatsapp, my questions was responded within minutes and seconds.
