Отель не плохой, но вот ресепшн оставляет желать лучшего. Приехали, оказалось что бронирование, которое мне было подтверждено Хотелс Ком месяц назад, никто найти не может и вообще ни на русском, ни на английско м ни бум бум. В наличии остался только семейный номер,а это значит, что мы с друзьями должны делить ванну и туалет на 4-х. А мы бронировали 2 отдельных. Это всех огорчило, так как заплатили мы так же как за отдельные. Вывод Хотелс ком не контролирует ситуацию с бронированием.
