The hotel next door played extremely loud music until 3am on both the Friday and Saturday nights we stayed making it very hard to sleep.

Room was dirty, dead flies and bugs, dust on surfaces, and ceiling fan and aircon where not clean, also the pub next door has a nightclub that goes until 3am, and the morons in the carpark partied till about 2am, would not recomend staying there if you would like to sleep

The bedding was dirty, the sheets were clean but the quilts had something gross looking spilt on two of the three beds. We had to use blankets that were stored in the cupboards as the cleaners didn't have spare quilts. Carpet was really dirty in areas.

Check in not existing and made to collect keys through the pub adjoining. Pool was dirty and rundown, we didn’t use. Room was filled with cobwebs in nearly every corner. Towels not used by last guest were not changed as there was a pubic hair on the face washer. Nice spot but this property has had its day and needs a good refurb, though the staff and owners seem to not care.

Raucous bar noise past 2am! Smokers in balcony above us every day and others’ smoke can be smelled in the pool area, even though our room was smoke-free. The box of tissues in our room had a gross fishy smell and it was clear that the box had been soiled but dried. The rest of the room and property were clean and in adequate condition but we are never returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

We always stay here on our trip to the mountains and it’s so convenient with the kids to get food at the pub (attached), it’s basic and a bit old school, but clean and suits our needs perfectly, which involve not driving after long road trips

Very central to town and the hotel for meals and drinks. The room was spacious but the cleaner really needs to try harder. The room was serviced... But not clean enough. No-one on site. Any issues.... Ask at the hotel.

Needs some updates

Lady at the desk was lovely she was very obliging the room and bed were comfortable. It does need to have a few things updated such as chair and curtains as they were very worn. The curtain had holes through them. Shower needs updating as it was a bit mouldy so I didn’t have a shower. The music from nightclub was loud but I got use to it overall I would stay there again due to where it was and the lovely staff member
