"Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. "

"Enjoyed a nice long stay at Freedom Inn, the staff helped ensure I had a restful stay, and provided transportation to Hanazono for access to the slopes. For a small service fee the staff will pick up a take-out dinner for you if you would prefer to eat dinner at the hotel after a long day on the mountain."

"The room was clean and breakfast each morning was great. Maybe one comment I have is that for a hostel that claims to be eco-friendly, more could be done (e.g. heaters in the rooms are way too hot, laundry machines are old, etc). Some improvements could be made on that end to be even more sustainable, but overall we had a great stay!"

"This was our first Park Hyatt visit and boy does it live up to the name. Being from a blue collar level, this was a special treat for my husband and I and it surpassed our expectations. The resort is in pristine condition, the rooms had zero flaws and the service was outstanding. They made you feel special and never ignored. It will be the most memorable stay for us and the view of Mount Yotei and in room onsen, was the icing on the cake. Even our room service meal was out of this world. A must visit for all."
"Enjoyed the lavish buffet spread with fresh sashimi and international food! Great private onsen. Friendly staff. Only one small downside is traveling with kids we can’t sleep together as have to split to two bedrooms and it’s separated by a wall. And also have to travel abit for dinner "
"I came here with my wife at the end of August, and I had an amazing time. I wish I booked for longer as the nature, Onsen, food, and service were beyond imagination. Even though Niseko is known for skiing, I think it's worth coming here in the summer or off season. I arrived to Kutchan Station where a driver picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. Immediately, I noticed the excellent service and attention to detail that was above my experience compared to other hotels in Hokkaido. Due to it being an off season, I had the whole Onsen to myself! The room is very spacious and has everything including a washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and a walk out balcony. Even the slippers were so nice so I ended up buying the same brand later on my trip! For breakfast there are fruits, juices, and breads that you can grab. I was surprised that you choose a menu for breakfast and they had a Japanese and Italian option. We both went with Japanese and the fish was delicious! It comes many side dishes too! "
