Schöne Wohnung mit vollausstattung

Schön eingerichtet, alles sauber. Lediglich Kommunikation mit Kurtaxe etwas schwierig, da niemand dauerhaft im Hotel. Aber auch verständlich, da im haus nur 10 Zimmer waren. Schlüsselabholung dich Hinterlegung im Safe sehr unkompliziert Ich würde wieder hin fahren.

Gute Lage, hundefreundlich, empfehlenswert!

Zimmer Nr. 2. Angenehme Unterkunft, gute Lage, direkt am Kurpark, 600m zur Promenade, 200m zum Hundepark. Zimmer war warm, wichtige Fernsehprogramme voreingestellt. Ausstattung ausreichend für 2 Personen. Es fehlt ein Toaster (unerlässlich für Menschen die glutenfreies Brot essen müssen, das schmeckt ungetoastet wie Pappe), und ein Dunstabzug. Spannbettlaken sollten heute Standard sein. Mangehlhaft ist die Kommunikation! Wenn man vor der Anreise anfragt, was beim Check-In zu beachten gibt und ob es in der Wohnung einen Toaster gibt, erwartet man eine Antwort. Es gab keine! So stand man am Neujahrstag vor verschlossenem Haus, musste den Code für den Schlüsselsafe per Telefon erfragen und sich einen Parkplatz suchen, von dem man glaubte, er gehöre zum Haus. Das hätte im Vorfeld gut geklärt werden können. Wenn Rezeptionszeiten angegeben werden, sollten diese auch eingehalten werden. Aufforderungen (Befehle) per SMS wie: Ich bin in der Rezeption, kommen Sie! - sind nicht gastfreundlich, ebensowenig muss man nicht darüber diskutieren, ob das Zimmer schon bezahlt ist. Nett wäre dann auch eine Bestätigung, das der Gast bereits bezahlt hatte. Auch diese Nachfrage wurde nicht beantwortet.

Es war eine schöne Unterkunft in Strandnähe. Leider war die Kommunikation bezüglich des Schlüssels nicht so einfach. Aber sonst war der Aufenthalt super und sich mit einem Hund anzureisen war gar kein Problem. Gern würden wir da nochmal hinfahren!!! Sehr empfehlenswert

Für eine kurz Reise ,war alles vorhanden, sauber und modern , großer Balkon, wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und Promenade entfernt. Kleine Seitenstraße, sehr leise. Jedenfalls jetzt in der Vorsaison. Frau Monika ist nur stundenweise vor Ort, eine ruhige freundliche Frau, Gerne kommen wir wieder
