"The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The manager went out of her way to help us resolve a booking issue, which we truly appreciated.
After a long trip, having access to the washing machine was a huge convenience. There is also a Migros supermarket right next door, making it easy to pick up groceries.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and a tram station, making transportation very easy. While it isn't in the heart of the city, it's well connected by public transit and was a great base for our stay."
