I’d put this apartment in the category of “glamourous”—a huge wrap-around terrace with immaculate if somewhat minimalist modern finishings in the unit. It is in what is likely the most livable and lively neighborhoods close to the CBD—a short tram to the harbour, blocks of cafés and restaurants in the vicinity. If you prefer a neighborhood to staying right at the tourist destinations, high recommend.

Good location. Clean, private and as described. Issue with the code in the lift that I reported and didn’t get resolved. I was ok to use the stairs, but I’m sure it would be an issue for others less able.
