"Room was very clean, staff very friendly, helpful with a late check out. Very convenient location. I highly recommend and would stay again."

"The room was tidy, though there was a noticeable build up of dust on the lamps and tables. The check in experience was very difficult. I rang the doorbell with no response and only got inside when another guest was leaving. After that, I waited about twenty minutes before anyone appeared. There was no bell or instruction at the desk, and even after calling multiple times no one came. After checking out, I returned briefly after grabbing a coffee and had the same issue. I pressed the doorbell but was not let in, and ended up standing outside in the cold and rain for fifteen minutes while waiting for my ride. The staff member at the desk saw me, I waved, and he still didn’t let me in. For a hotel, being able to enter safely and freely is important, and the whole experience felt unwelcome and unsafe."

"Great spot in downtown Sydney for a great price. Despite having shared bathrooms and kitchen everything was clean and orderly. However the bar and check in combined did seem a bit understaffed however this did not seriously effect service."

"Room was spotless, staff were courteous, and the amenities were on the mark. Only downside is the poor lighting in the bathroom, but this seems to be common among many hotels."

"Poorly sloped floor in bathroom, so puddles form, a bad fall hazard. Stained shower curtain. No soap at basin. No printed guide to the hotel in the room—menus, hotel facilities, etc Great to have so many usb sockets. M much better to provide wifi with security. Large room size was great. "
