We were initially worried because the property was further from the Sydney areas we wanted to go to than expected. However, the train station could not have been more convenient and there was a good number of small eating places in the Green Square area.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped with full kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My family was happy with the stay. Thanks to the team for giving us a big pot for our seafood cooking. One feedback is on the cleaning. The floor and wall in the appartment need a good scrub. I was told house cleaning is every other day but it was done twice for our 8 day stay. Perhaps, a broom in the unit would be helpful as well. Overall, I would book again.

Wonderful location, close to restaurants and public transport. Very good customer service, easy parking and check in. Room was spacious however was not overly clean and had stained carpets and was not spotless overall. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the amenities.

Absolute amazing 5 stars customer services, friendly team from the concierge, wonderful experiences with people. Love the bed, sleep immediately a few things would be wonderful can be facilitated … free car park is really needed .. that kind of stop us for long stay as we don’t know where to put the car. Salt and pepper available would be awesome.

Very nice hotel and room, comfortable bed , had a coffee machine, washer drier, dishwasher. Great location, central to everything. Many cafes restaurants etc.. Only downfalls; parking was expensive, spa wasn’t too hot and the jet bubbles weren’t working.

The hotel is very close to the train station and it is extremely easy to find restaurants and supermarket around the hotel. All within 2 to 3 minutes walk.
