"I was thoroughly impressed with the service at this hotel. In particular, Deanna at the front desk was a huge help. First of all, I had called early in the morning to inquire about early check in, and she went out of her way to call me hours later to let me know it was possible, which was very appreciated. Second of all, I had lost an expensive pair of pants at the hotel, and I made her aware of it. She called me later when she found them, and she talked with her manager and arranged to mail them back to my apartment. I cannot thank her enough for how she handled all of that and I hope her/bosses/etc are made aware of her excellent work "
