"Top.. at all levels. A beautifully restored palazzo in the perfect location. Our hosts Maria Carla (?) was so welcoming and gave us perfect recommendations for local places to eat. Which we enjoyed immensely. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable and it was peaceful and quiet at night. I enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace in the morning with fresh pastries and cafe in the morning. Highly recommend and I hope we will return soon !"

"This is a really beautiful flat a short walk to the Trani harbor. The manager was extremely helpful to us, helped us find parking and directed us to a grocery store. I’m not sure if the description supplied mentions all the stairs ( 50) up to this flat, some units have fewer steps but all have some and there is no elevator. No problem for us but I wanted to mention it."

"Our hostess, Miriam, was amazing!!! The room was spectacular with the balcony, and bathroom. She left us a bottle of water in the fridge and some espresso pods for the coffee maker. Then she made us the best breakfast ever!!! Her ricotta and marmalade cake was out of this world and so was the wild berry one. Mariam is definitely a super hostess. She even helped us find a secure parking place - a garage!! We would love to give her 10 stars/5. Super, super hostess and place. Grazie mille Miriam!! Ritorneremo un giorno."

"This is a lovely hotel in perfect position in Trani, overlooking the harbour and right next to the cathedral and ideally situated for a short stay whilst exploring the town and harbour whilst enjoying the numerous nice bars and restaurants. A couple of things to be aware of are that if you have a car, finding the hotel and parking is not easy as the streets around are only for town residents so I do think this could be explained in any literature the hotel offers to its visitors. However once you know. You can park on the small road on the approach to the harbour pier and this is free of charge so long as you give the hotel receptionist the car registration plate. The receptionist did explain this but only after we found out the hard way. Also the hotel WiFi kept constantly disconnecting but fortunately I have European roaming paid on my phone and also the room air con was poor, the fan blew the air around ok but I suspect the unit needs a refrigerant recharge as it wasn’t effective. So these picky bits aside our room was extremely nice and quite spacious and had a balcony overlooking the harbour which we loved. Staff were courteous but otherwise didn’t offer much. We did enjoy our stay here and thought the town of Trani is lovely with the quayside and small narrow streets behind. Well worth the visit."

"The host Raffaella was very kind and flexible. Breakfast was good—very traditional. The bed and breakfast was difficult to find walking from the train station; gps was hopeless trying to locate it. But once we found it, we thought the location was great with its proximity to the cathedral, old town, and waterfront. The stairs to our room were very steep—old people with bad knees like us should try to book a lower level room."
