Room was good and spacious. The person in charge of communication however is often unresponsive. We had to wait at the door for an hour to get access.

1. Wrong phone number on Expedia, another wrong number outside the property, unsuccessfully tried to reach them in advance myself & over Expedia. 1.1 Complaint goes to Expedia too since they told me that no matter that there is no response days in advance, I should “just go there and see” and “if there are some problems I might get a refund” (note that hotel usually offers no refund at all) 2. Upon our arrival shortly after 16h luckily there was a waiter in the diner (accommodation diner are separated) giving us the correct number to call. 2.1 After a super unfriendly call with a girl named Federica (who only wanted to speak Italian) who explained that the check-in cannot be before 18h (Never saw that) and that Expedia has it wrong (How am I supposed to know that?) guy showed us into the room (thank you again). 3. Breakfast is included in the price in the mentioned diner that is opened for other people too, which is of course fine. However no good morning, no other interaction when we arrived apart from commenting among them “These are with included breakfast”. We were given no actual explanation just “pick what you want” from behind the bar, only to find our orders different than the “paying” ones (we did pay with the room price), for example our smoothie was literally half the size of normal one. 4. The room was clean and the bed fine, but when you don’t feel welcome in your accommodation it loses a lot of value. My advice: revise your staff & workflows.

CONSIGLIATISSIMO! Spazi della camera e del bagno ampi, ambiente interno curato e profumato, pulizia accurata. La colazione solitamente viene effettuata al bar sotto la struttura, ma il lunedì essendo chiuso ci hanno mandato in un altro bar nella strada di fronte. Comodissimo e molto buono.

Ottima scelta. La camera e' spaziosa con bagno pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. La sua posizione e' strategica per visitare le catacombe di San Giovanni e il parco archeologico Neaples che distano pochi minuti dalla struttura. Un grazie a Federica sempre presente per ogni esigenza.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und stylish hergerichtet. Sie verfügen über alles, was man von einem B&B erwartet. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr modern und man kann diverse Einstellungen vornehmen. Die Zimmer verfügen auch über Rollläden, dass man es auch wirklich dunkel machen kann. Teilweise hört man leider den Straßenlärm. Ein sehr großer negativer Punkt ist allerdings die Sauberkeit. Oberflächlich schien alles auf den ersten Blick sauber, jrdoch lagen sowohl im Bad, als auch im Bett mehrere Haare. Auch der Abfluss der Dusche war von Haaren verstopft. Die Zimmrr wurden in der Zeit (4 Tage) nur einmal "gereinigt". Bei uns war nachdem die Putzkraft da war lediglich das Bett gemacht. Zahnpastaflecken am Boden und Krümel waren danach immer noch da. Auch die Handtücher wurden lediglich beu arrangiert kdas eine war sogar noch nass vom Duschen). Ich brauche keine fremde Pwrson im Zimmer, wenn sie dann dort eh nichts macht.

Stanza molto curata e pulita. Ogni giorno la signora delle pulizia cambiava gli asciugamani e metteva nuovi flaconcini di sapone. L'unica pecca era la doccia da cui fuoriusciva l'acqua da sotto le pareti. Colazione buona. Anche la posizione ottima a 5 minuto dall'autostrada
