“I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this Kempinski property. I had previously encountered an issue where my child’s age was incorrectly set to a default of 2 years old in other bookings on Hotels.com. To make matters worse, I had paid hundreds of euros extra to upgrade to a castle view. Their only solution? They nonchalantly asked, 'Do you want to try using a fan?' For a 5-star hotel charging exorbitant rates, this is unacceptable. In fact, the hallway was actually cooler than my room. The absolute peak of this nightmare was breakfast. I found a...

“Room was super clean. Service is very nice.”

“매우 좋았습니다 서비스와 위치 모두 좋았습니다”
