"It’s the worst hotel i’ve ever been to. Reception was so unkind and rude. Whenever we asked something, she showed it’s annoying. Cleaniess of the room was not that good either. And wi-fi internet was so slow, you can’t watch any youtube clips in your room. I’ll never ever visit here again. The reception lady should learn what the service is."

"Very nice hotel, close to the camp next to danubius hotel. Hotel has room where to save bikes. Biking is common around Balaton. Outside pool and wellness also perfect. Dinning was perfect, breakfast and dinner were perfect, I can recommend. More smiles from staff ;)"

There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. "Very lovely and accommodating staff. The hotel is well decorated, clean, smells good, great music played in the restaurant, and bedrooms perfect. Only negative comment is the heating. Was too hot for my liking. Tired to turn down the AC and it was broken. It’s hard sleeping on 27 degree bedrooms. Had to sleep with the door open "
