"Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. "Initially had trouble accessing the condo with the August lock. Contacted customer service and they remedied my situation quickly. The designated parking was utilized by another vehicle throughout the duration of my stay. I informed customer service who informed me it would be resolved, however, it did not. Overall, i enjoyed my stay but will book more hotels based on this experience."
