"I traveled to Malta in early May 2026. I stayed at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Saint Jullian's Malta. My accommodations were excellent. The room was clean and well-appointed. I did not have to ask for anything additionally, The on-site training room was clean and had several machines so I could maintain my workout routine. The indoor pool was huge and heated. The outdoor pool on the 11th floor was also heated and provided view of the city and Mediterranean Sea I did have an issue with my bedroom sink not draining, but hotel staff worker Diego responded to and saw that my issue was rectified. The Front Office Executive Franklin was always professional. Victor was extremely helpful with everything, and Jasmin greeted me with courtesy and a pleasant smile every day. When I needed a Car Service, David was called upon. He is the best driver on the entire island. I paid additionally to have breakfast every day and was not disappointed. It was a full service breakfast buffetSince I was on vacation, I had mimosas every day. My stay was comfortable and the hotel was very clean. I had enough quality bathroom linen to use without room service to change during my stay. The hotel is situated in a city 5 to 10 minutes walk to most destinations and restaurants. I give the hotel and it's staff a five star rating. When visiting Malta, I absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency in Saint Julian's."

"Check in is an absolute nightmare in this hotel. They have a virtual agent who will tell you check in can't be early (it can depending on if room is ready) also told by Zoe virtual agent that no place to leave luggage while waiting for room. Another lie there is a storage space downstairs. Can be noisy event after I told them I was autistic still no help. On the plus side the property has coffee maker and free breakfast etc"

"We caught a Bolt from the airport, about 18E and extremely efficient. As we were arriving late in the evening, we were sent check in details which were simple and easy to use. Breakfast for each day is preordered the day before and there was a great selection to choose from, everything we tried was superb and freshly prepared. There is also a small selection of pastries and cereals and of course coffee and juice. Our superior room 208 was lovely, spacious and tastefully decorated with large twin bathroom and great terrace:balcony overlooking the street with sun loungers. Fab coffee machine and small fridge with fresh bottled water daily. Each morning when we were at breakfast, our room was tidied and the bed made and towels refreshed. We chilled on the lovely roof terrace one day and sat by the pool another, both peaceful and calm. The location of the hotel is perfect, a few minutes walk from everywhere and relatively flat compared to Valletta! It’s a charming town with lots of fantastic restaurants and bags of history, busy by day with tour visitors to the Mdina and catacombs, then quieter at night with more locals out and about. Bus links were simple so it’s a great place to explore the island from, then return to the oasis of calm that is Pauline and Charlie’s hotel. Loved every minute of our stay and hope to return soon!"

"I had a negative experience on the first day of my stay, but the rest of the stay was brilliant. The reception staff rushed through the check-in process and did not inform me about the pool and gym opening hours, so I missed my chance to exercise on the first day. When I later asked both the reception staff and the staff in the gym/pool area, I received conflicting information about the closing time, with a discrepancy of two hours. There were also quite a few grammar and spelling mistakes on the half-board menu, which led to some confusion when my order arrived. Some examples included “chocie” instead of “choice” and “leif” instead of “leaf”. The menu honestly needs to be completely rewritten and properly proofread for grammar and clarity, as it was generally quite difficult to read through. Unfortunately, I also had the chewiest steak I have ever eaten — it was difficult to bite through properly. On top of that, the waiter did not ask whether I wanted fries or roast potatoes and simply assumed I wanted fries, which I actually did not want. As a result, I ended up with a disappointing steak and nothing suitable on the side, which is not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel service. However, all of the seafood options, starters, and the breakfast buffet were delicious. On the positive side, the outdoor pool is beautifully maintained, with lovely flowers and relaxing music, while the indoor pool is excellent for swimming. Despite a few issues, I would still happily come"

"Such a lovely resort, first time staying in a Hilton in this location and they upgraded us to a family suite which was so spacious. The amenities and the spa facilities were all 10/10. Lots of places to eat food too. The only downside was that the service in one of the restaurants was really slow but they rectified that by offering a free dessert so it was a nice gesture. Highly recommend this place for couples and families"

"Great hotel, clean and friendly helpful staff. The disability amenities could be improved, the ramps are quite steep but the staff are always happy to assist. I found the shower difficult to access with a wheelchair. Excellent restaurant, great food. Overall I would recommend highly."

"Friendly staff. Helpful with luggage as place has no elevator. Good working airco. For hot water, ensure to put the boiler switch on. Location is perfect with a huge public parking lot in front of hotel. It’s right by the Mdina gate. "
