We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay. The food at this casino is phenomenal well above most casinos we visited. The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and pool was warm and nicer than most. My only complaint was the mattress in the room was old and srpings felt thru. All around tho very pleased with our stay.

Bed was uncomfortable and not cozy at all. Only had 3 pillows in the whole room and 2 bath towels.
It isn’t a hotel to stay at for luxury you stay to play slots and not drive home after a night of fun.
The staff here were all so helpful! We first went to the wrong one in Tacoma and they helped lead us to the right area. Then we parked on the casino side and there was actually another area and they told us where to go! Then the lady at the counter was super nice and informative! Easy check in and check out process! Room was clean and the beds were comfortable!
The rooms weren’t Smokey like I feared and it was a good place to stay even with my kids . I wasn’t sure how it would be taking them to a casino hotel but it was totally fine. We will definitely be back especially because I won a jackpot 👏

Staff friendly and very helpful everywhere. Check in quick.Room very clean but disappointing - basic, no frills and no info about hotel, restaurants, attractions. Huge casino layout very confusing - more larger signs would help.

It was not obvious when we booked that it was the Fife location. We didn't end up staying there--we wanted the Tacoma location. A huge waste of money.

Customer service was rude and no where to be found. Front desk had the worst attitude. Food choices were slim.

It is super smoky smelling. There is an inconvenience of metal detectors at the entrance for every time you enter. The rooms were nice but smoke permeated everywhere even in the rooms which are non-smoking. You have to walk through the casino to get to the hotel front desk. Security and staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and well kept. It is an unfortunate design.

I tried to get refund due to the fact that there are 2 Emerald Queens there. We were able to get a room at the newer one (the one we wanted) but when I called to explain your customer service said no! I’ve booked with Expedia for decades but after our last booked trip we’re done

Our room was so nice and quiet. Even though we were there on a busy weekend. Loved the pool and our room. Parking was great. Only thing i didnt like was all the smoke in the casino. And the security checks each and every time you go in. They were all friendly but it was a hassle.

We were shocked to not only have to go through security to get to the hotel but to have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get to the hotel desk. We had to go through security EVERY time we came back. This won’t be a place I will choose again

For starters we had to wait outside in the rain just to get through stupid security check. Ever time you leave you have to deal with it,very inconvenient. Hotel staff was rude barked at us because we went to the wrong door. Hotel was dirty and stunk terrible, beds were extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend to anyone waste of money and will never stay here again.

Ridiculous to go through smoking to get to the hotel!!! I am extremely allergic to smoke, waiting 10 minutes to check all our bags in the smoke I was sick all night. The room smelt like a smoking room although it was supposed to be non. I would never stay here again.

This was the worst hotel ever!! We had to have our bags opened at the door and gone through. There were very scary security everywhere.
Smoke was thick and the employees were one step from being a criminal. Did not see one normal staff person!!

The casino is like a maze and there is smoking allowed inside thst combined with the short ceilings at the Casino, its was really aweful. The hotel room was excellent shape.

Very sad that they trick you into booking this on Expedia making you think you are at the real emerald Queen casino when it is actually the other small one and you have bought tickets to a concert at the big casino. Very sad we lost money.

Our room had a terrible bed. We didn’t sleep well at all because the old bed sagged in the middle. We actually woke up in pain from the bed. Also choking on smoke was disgusting.

I did not like that you must enter through the smoky casino gaming room to get to the hotel and you can only go in one entrance if you to your room with an outside bag.
We liked the price and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the tv channels for watching NCAA tournament games (women’s and men’s)

There was nothing I liked. The security is a joke and should be reevaluated. The smoke is also ridiculous when first entering. Front desk staff was attentive.

You have to go through TSA before entering the hotel, it reeks of cigarettes, the dining is limited and quality of food gross, and the bed was uncomfortable with a plastic crinkly mattress protector. It’s obvious the rooms and halls have been updated. We won’t be going back.
