Booked King Size bed was given a Queen size bed in a older block. The counter person changed and moved into a premium building on the same block with the counter. The room is cleaned and right size of the bed. 5 stars to the staffs for all arrangements.

I was supposed to get a handicap accessible room but didn’t. When I said something to the lady at the front desk she said that they don’t have any Handicap accessible rooms. I have a hard time believing that but couldn’t do anything about it at the time. Me and the other people with me managed with some difficulty.

I would like to give no stars for my rating. Awful hotel with unsafe surroundings, extremely unclean. Do not stay here. This is used as a safe house for homeless and has terrible unsafe conditions for anyone traveling and looking for accommodations in the area. Terrible customer service
