"The front desk staff are always nice, the lady who does breakfast actually recognized me from my last visit! Lol. The beds are comfortable and the room is always clean. "

"Our family enjoyed the stay - We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The location is great - walking distance to ByWard market and downtown. Our room is clean and fairly modern. We stayed for 3 nights and we must give kudo's to the cleaning team. They clean the room very well everyday. The dinning area is also clean. The only two minor issues are - underground parking is quite difficult to access and not easy to maneuver; also while we're making coffee in the lobby one afternoon, some young person tried to steal his belongings. The person must have sneaked in and hung around looking for opportunity to steal."
