“The hotel has tremendous opportunity however the hotel felt a bit rundown and the experience wasn’t to its full potential. The property is very well situated, great rooftop pool, large rooms with balconies but once again everything was a bit lacking in polish. The toilets didn’t have seats, the hot water was lukewarm at best, the room had a bit of a sewage smell. I am of the opinion that this hotel could be a real 5 star with a bit of investment and a stronger service culture that could elevate...

“Big and clean room with separated seating area and huge balcony. Amazing mountain view from the balcony of the room. Very helpful and nice people. When we were not certain if our navigation system worked correctly, they arranged to meet us and provided clear directions for us. It was a wonderful stay, and the food was great and authentic. We liked also the nicely decorated dining hall and the roof terrace.”
