"compact suite with kitchenette and washer in the unit. would have been better if the machine was a hybrid dryer as well, but they did have a small retractable laundry rack built into the cabinets. comfortable enough stay, though plumbing might need a little more care. customer service was by email and messaging, though they are responsive. 🙂"

"It has nice garden and ocean view but there are only two always emptied restaurants so I needed to go out for dinner or drinks. Regarding amenities, there are only shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. There is not bath towel which is basic item. :("

"The hotel is quite nicely located near a park and close to the Oedolgae rock, which is one of the geological formations in the surroundings. Also, some of the known waterfalls are only a few minutes away by car. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, pristine clean, spacious, well equipped, quiet and beds were really relaxing. Breakfast, which we paid separately, contains a huge variety of dishes (mostly Asian cuisine) but also many westerly options. All in all, one of the best hotels of our Korean tour and definitely a very good option for the region."

"I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. There were bottles of water in the fridge, power cables to charge phones, coffee and tea. "

"I had a great stay with my friend. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store within the hotel, but also across a the street. Keep in mind that the fitness facility/gym is an additional payment per use. It is combined with a sauna though. "

"The service was great!. The food was delicious. The transportation from the airport to the hotel was an excellent service. But what I didn't like were the sheets in the hotel room. First when I arrived at the hotel and upon entering the level of elevator hallway it smelled bad and when we entered to the room that we had reserved with a mountain view we could see some stains on the floor carpet but it was even worse when I wanted to rest due to the long trip from the USA I took off my clothes and tried to sleep in bed but a few moments later I felt a biting sensation like a mosquito on my legs and suddenly I felt itchy all over my body making it impossible to stay in bed. At first I thought that maybe it was due to allergic reactions to the sheets, so I tried to wear the clothes and rest again, but I felt itchy all over my body and it was impossible to get back into bed. so I called the reception and they transferred us immediately and moved us to a cleaner room, with hypoallergenic and dust-free sheets where we could sleep more peacefully. "
